The Circumstances | Kangs Confiscation Proceedings Solicitors

  • The Crown alleged that our client was part of a conspiracy concerning the importation of over 400 kilos of Benzocaine from China to be used as a cutting agent for the distribution of cocaine.
  • It is said that our client utilised just a small amount of the Benzocaine as a cutting agent but his benefit from the criminal conduct is estimated at more than £2.1million pounds.
  • Our client pleaded guilty to the substantive drugs offences and the Kangs team is attending to our client’s section 17 Statement in accordance with the rules of POCA and all other procedural documents.
