Proposed Changes To Immigration Rules

Share

The Government has indicated that it intends to simplify the existing complicated and complex Immigration Rules.

The Present Situation

  • The Immigration Rules HC395, which were published in 1994, contained forty pages of Regulations.

  • Regular misunderstanding of the rules has led to the Home Office being criticised by Courts on numerous occasions.
