Confiscation – Hidden Assets success: £1 nominal order achieved

Our client pleaded guilty to a number of fraud offences relating to work he carried out on properties across the Midlands. The Prosecution and subsequent Confiscation Proceedings were brought by Birmingham Trading Standards.
The Defendant accepted buyativan.org the benefit figure of just under £250,000. The Prosecution originally sought a Hidden Assets Order against the Defendant as he had no visible signs of any realisable assets. This was later abandoned by the Prosecution following a detailed section 17 statement served by Steven Micklewright. The matter was settled with a nominal £1 Confiscation Order.
