Kangs secure "Not Guilty" verdicts at Birmingham Crown Court

We represented the defendant who was charged with a section 18 wounding offence in January 2013. The Trial was listed at Birmingham Crown Court in March 2014. Following meticulous preparation of the case and the obtaining of a defence medical expert report, the prosecution reviewed their position and offered no evidence against our client. Helen Holder who was the Solicitor with conduct of the matter was "extremely pleased" to have secured this acquittal for the client.
