Murder Trial starts at Leeds Crown Court

Kangs Solicitors today start a Murder trial at Leeds Crown Court which is expected to last 6 – 8 weeks.
Kangs represent 1 of 7 defendants all charged with Murder and Violent Disorder following an incident in a suburb of Leeds earlier this year.
The Crown allege that our client is the principal offender who stabbed the victim and who later died.
This is a complex case involving issues of self-defence and joint enterprise.
Instructed Trial Counsel are Alan Kent QC of Carmelite Chambers and Robert Morris of 3 Raymond Buildings.
The trial continues.
