Mortgage Fraud Solicitors | Trial at Teesside Crown Court

Kangs Solicitors start a 2-month trial today at Teesside Crown Court in relation to a multi-million pounds mortgage fraud allegation (Operation Bamburgh 2).

Our client is a legal professional and is one of 10 defendants standing trial.

This is a large scale operation being prosecuted by the CPS with the investigation initially commencing in 2009.

Trial advocate instructed on behalf of our client are Mathew Sherratt and Greg Johnson of counsel.
