Share
Kangs represented one of two Defendants charged with savagely assaulting a member of the public where the victim was left with a fractured jaw
Following a three day trial, the jury accepted that the Defendant was acting in self-defence, despite a number of Prosecution witnesses stating that our client was the aggressor.
Steven Micklewright who represented the Defendant commented
"This was an excellent result, not least because of the strong Prosecution witness evidence against the defendant".
The client commended Steven for his meticulous analysis of the prosecution evidence that helped secure the acquittal.
