Kangs Solicitors Secure Acquittal | Trial at Birmingham Crown Court

Share

Kangs Solicitors represented a man on a trial at Birmingham Crown Court for allegedly assaulting his ex-wife’s new husband.

The Crown sought to rely on the evidence of four Prosecution witnesses in an attempt to paint the Defendant as the ‘jealous ex-lover’.

Following a three day trial, the Defendant was unanimously acquitted by reason of self-defence.

Steven Micklewright who was instructed commented ‘this was a very difficult case which on the face it, was a very strong Prosecution case’.
