Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS)|Kangs Solicitors

Kangs Solicitors have been instructed to represent an individual in relation to information the Police want to include on his enhanced DBS.

The information relates to sexual allegations made by health care professionals when they attended his property.

The Police want to include the details of these allegations on his DBS notwithstanding that, following a trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, he was found not guilty of all charges.

Kangs Solicitors are instructed to challenge the proposed disclosure by the Police.
