Client walks free from alleged multi-million pound drugs conspiracy
Share
After a lengthy trial at Birmingham Crown Court our client was found not guilty of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, namely cocaine. The prosecution alleged that our client was involved in the multi-million pound drugs conspiracy but a jury took 3 days to deliberate and then acquitted our client of the charge. The client was represented by Suki Randhawa and Eugene Hickey of our firm.
Suki commented:
‘This was a difficult case that was brought by the Complex Crime Unit of the CPS and required considerable defence preparation to achieve the right result for our client. Needless to say the client is delighted with the result and the efforts of his legal team throughout the case’.
